PA/Office Manager/Accounts Administrator

Your new company
Your new company is a market leader within the Automation/Construction industry. Based in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches, their tight-knit team requires a dynamic PA/Accounts Administrator to join on a full time, permanent basis.  As the PA/Account Administrator you will work collaboratively towards delivering support to the Management team of the business on special projects, oversee the accounts function and also prepare relevant information for the MD.

Your new role
You will be required to undertake the following tasks:

  • Accounts: Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and resolving discrepancies
  • Account reconciliations
  • Assist with process improvements
  • CRM maintenance
  • Scheduling & staff management
  • Administration: typing correspondence and entering data into excel as well as answering phones and dealing with customer inquiries & preparing packages for couriers.
  • General office Housekeeping, preparing for inhouse events
  • Maintaining relevant HR documentation for new employees

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, it is essential for you to meet the following criteria:

  • 2 years + experience working on Xero
  • Strong and recent experience performing accounts and administration duties as detailed above
  • Experience working within the construction (or similar) industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to hit the ground running and take on new tasks, using your initiative
  • Immediate availability to interview and commence this role

Software packages required

  • Xero 2 years + exp
  • MS Office Word, Excel - critical
  • Apple Mac exp required
  • Tradify
  • CRM Agile (or other CRM experience)
