Customer Support Manager

An exciting career opportunity for a Customer Support Manager has become available at our convenient office located in Taren Point, Caringbah. 

Reporting to the GM and Operations this full-time role will have a strong customer service and sales focus. You will be responsible for creating awareness of our product ranges within the customer service team across all brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves to help others, has the care factor and is driven in all aspects of sales.

The role will include:

  • Front line customer service for incoming emails and calls
  • Provide product support to customers in a respectful, empathetic, and engaging manner
  • Process and follow up customer orders in a speedy manner 
  • Liaison and support for internal warehouse in organising orders, providing order ETAs
  • Assist GM with generating new sales leads and general sales support 
  • Following up enquiries and leads from our sales and marketing campaigns 
  • Actively making suggestions to management with opportunities for company and systems improvement

 

Experience required:

  • A minimum 2-3 years experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Previous experience within Medical and Healthcare industry desired but not essential
  • A solid understanding of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)would be beneficial
  • Strong team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive and motivated team
  • Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A drive and passion for sales results and the ability to produce high quality work
  • Problem solver and solutions focused
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport 
  • Ability to show empathy and remain calm under pressure 
  • Tech savvy, ability to pick up new systems quickly, experience with inventory systems 
  • A fantastic, can-do attitude and passion for helping others

 

Our office and warehouse has a relaxed culture with a focus on doing excellent work and providing exceptional customer service. Each team member has full ownership of their role and responsibilities and works directly with the General Manager and Operations. There is no hierarchy at Minappi.
