An exciting and permanent opportunity now exists for an experienced and professional Office Manager to join a thriving business in the heart of the Central Coast.

The opportunity for an Office Manager to join their team now exists, which will help them tighten their processes and help with their plans for further expansion and growth within the market. This role will be responsible for overseeing the office and office staff, managing various processes and stakeholders as well as also assisting the Managing Director with appointments and other duties where required.

To be successful in the role of Office Manager, you will have the following:

  • Experience in an Office Management capacity or be ready to step up into management from a Senior Administrator level
  • Diary management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Adept in process management and improvements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and delivery
  • Inventory control and asset management experience
  • Ability to manage, build rapport with and engage stakeholders across various levels
  • Experience with managing direct reports and building a professional relationship with colleagues
  • Report writing capabilities

This role is a pivotal and crucial role for the business and will be largely instrumental in their ongoing plans for growth. They are looking for someone to stay with them long term and further develop with them, as most of their current employees have done.
