Work with this growing business situated on the Mornington Peninsula who specialise in residential house slabs and small commercial projects. All of our work is South East of Melbourne. About the role

In your role as scheduler/supervisor you will be required to work autonomously with the support of the manager to run the day to day activities of the business including scheduling, co-ordinating and delegating jobs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling tasks
  • Ordering materials
  • Problem solving
  • Communicating and liaising with employees, subcontractors, customers and suppliers
  • On site tasks and added duties as required

Skills and experience

This role will suit someone with previous trade experience in concreting and scheduling. You will have intermediate computer skills and a well developed understanding of the concrete construction methodologies required for small to medium residential and commercial concreting.

  • Competent concreter
  • Intermediate computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interpret plans, drawings and specifications to give direction correctly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in concreting industry
  • Attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities
  • Possess white card, drivers licence, truck and machine license is a bonus.
