Does this sound like you We are currently seeking a sales professional who is looking for more than just a sales role. Acting as a Brand Specialist, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a true one stop shop for our clients, looking beyond just selling, and embracing the broader operations of our business. The ideal candidate would exhibit their own core values in line with a progressive business that desires passion, teamwork, broader thinking and a customer centric focus from its team members. We are looking to attract someone that:
Displays excellent time management skills
Has excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Has the ability to think outside the box and offer solutions that meet the clients needs

To be considered for interview, candidates must meet the above criteria, plus:
Have previous experience in the retail sales environment (motor industry experience will be considered advantageous)
Will hold or be willing to obtain a Qld Office of Fair Trading Sales Certificate
Must hold a valid drivers licence
Must have a clean Police Check
Must be available to work Saturdays
Have a desire to challenge what has long been accepted as industry standards to improve our clients experience
What do we offer The COVID-19 pandemic has allowed our business to explore some opportunities that meet our values of providing a work / life balance for our employees. We have been working on a reduced roster with an altered COVID commission plan. As we emerge from a COVID-19 environment, we have already implemented reduced working hours for our Team, while also offering a 5 day work week which will include Saturday. As the business continues to work out of the COVID environment, our very generous remuneration plan will target and reward those who achieve across the business, in line with the ideals mentioned earlier.
