How youll play your part in rebuilding Australian businesses

As an Entrepreneurs Programme Business Facilitator Strengthening Business, youll be the channel between government and business to support local businesses in fire-affected communities to rebuild, transform and adapt following the 2019 bushfire crisis.

As a local to the region, you'll work directly with businesses to provide advice and guidance, and develop a roadmap to navigate the immediate, medium and long-term challenges and opportunities. Facilitators will also provide advice on relevant funding, and other assistance for businesses.

Through your depth of experience in business, you'll advise your clients in the community on strategies for business continuity, client growth, business resilience, or digital uplift. And, as part of a federally-funded program, youll do it all at no cost to the client.

  • You understand how to navigate a business through the turbulent waters of transformational growth.

  • You can break down even the most complex of processes so that anyone can follow them, and you take the teach a man to fish approach to coaching.

  • Youve got a strong and positive network within your industry to get a leg up with business development, and you enjoy building relationships with stakeholders to grow a portfolio of clients that view you as a trusted partner.
