General customer service duties

Scheduling/update works and allocates to the appropriate employees

Record keeping and data entry/General filing

Basic bookkeeping and invoicing (XERO)

Ad-hoc duties as requested

After-hours duties when required

*Site visitings may be required to understand the work

APPLICANT MUST BE A FLUENT KOREAN SPEAKER AND A FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKER BOTH.

Excellent attention to detail

Word and Excel skills

CRM management

Marketing skills (preferable but not required)

Driver license is required to do a site visit
