Payroll Manager

An opportunity has been presented for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a respected, instantly recognisable organisation in Sydney CBD.

Working as one of the key leaders of the payroll function, the key duties of the role will include: 

  • Overseeing the accurate and timely payroll for the organisation
  • Leading a team in the delivery of payroll across multiple sites and EBA's
  • Assessing and implementing process improvements as required
  • Overseeing and managing the budget for the payroll department
  • Development and execution of a strategic plan for the payroll department

The successful candidate will meet the majority of the following criteria:

  • Experience managing a large payroll department and high volume payroll
  • A proven track record of strategic improvements to the payroll department
  • Experience with large payroll and T & A systems, ideally including upgrades and implementations
  • A passion for improving customer service standard
