Located in between Ballina and Lismore is beautiful Northern NSW; its an ideal setting for someone looking for a sea/tree change or a local looking to take their accounting skills to the next level.

Purpose of the position 

The role of the Accounts Officer is aligned with the objective of Mountain Blue Marketing to ensure that we produce quality blueberries and provide quality service and communication to our partners. 

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing the payments to our customers, ensuring the information is recorded accurately, timely and payments are made within the requested timeframe.

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • RCTI creation and review
  • Experience with MYOB
  • Invoicing when required
  • Freshtrack data input
  • Freshtrack data manipulation
  • Uploading and monitoring of MBF/MBM fruit transactions and paybacks
  • General administration duties as required

Salary Range: $45-60,000/year; dependent on experience and qualifications
