HRS are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator for their client a Tier 2 Builder on the Sunshine Coast.This builder has grown from strength to strength and continue to grow their business on the Sunny Coast. They work with both private and public sector clients and work across most project sectors.
The Opportunity The opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join the team. This role would see you working within the Pre- Construction team including the BDM, Estimators and management to take control of the bid and submissions.
As a Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for the production of business proposals and tenders ensuring that the tender process is structured and timely, the content is clear and concise and the proposals create an appealing visual impact.
You will be resourceful in ensuring all necessary information is received to complete proposals by liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders to also ensure all documentation meets specific client needs.
Organise meetings and workshops for project development.
Assist in preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external clients.
The Bid Coordinator also assists in managing the tender and document library and liaising with the marketing team for all brand specific graphics requirements.
The ideal candidate will:
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to prepare and present high quality tender and proposal submissions on time
Work to deadlines
Work with the BDM, Estimators and Senior Management
Ongoing management appraisal
Ideally have a minimum 3-5 years bid coordinator experience.
Have experience working with brand awareness / corporate identity implement style guides, visuals and templates for high quality proposals.
Be proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro.
Be able to creating high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or bid/proposal background.
