Service Administrator

This six month casual role provides the chosen candidate with an opportunity to join a dynamic team servicing a customer base spanning Australia, New, Zealand, Asia, Europe and the USA

Requirements for the role include:

  • Provide friendly written and telephone communication with our customers
  • Assign support events to the internal technical support team
  • Manage the bookings for our third-party onsite support technicians
  • Manage the delivery, pickup and tracking of spare parts

You will be provided with high level training to ensure you have all the tools to assist our customers.

The chosen candidate will require experience in an administrative role that requires direct contact with customers.

With an office located in central Geelong, FE Technologies is a young dynamic company providing locally developed high-end RFID technology for Libraries in over 500 sites.
