Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Lead who has had more than 5 years experience leading a contact centre team in large scale environments.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience;

  • Business services e.g. Contact Centre, Front line management and back office services
  • Must have experience in improving and optimising the productivity and processes within Business services specifically within Contact Centre environment
  • Must have knowlege of latest industry tools for optimising Contact Centre ops and customer contact
  • Experience in capturing and measuring metrics
  • Must have deep understanding of value chain and optimising the value chain in Business services.
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management and reporting
  • Thought leadership and industry knowhow in improving the contact center opps functioning.
  • Must have managed teams in multiple locations
