This rapidly expanding, successful family owned company with a unique product offering is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and vibrant Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.
Managing a team of 4, an approachable and helpful attitude combined with the ability to motivate and mentor will be of great value.
Leading by example, your hands on approach will support our sales team with various duties including (but not limited to):
- answering product enquiries
- confirming online bookings for meetings
- cross selling and up selling
- resolving customer issues
- call logging
- general data entry & administrative tasks
Your strong product knowledge (provided during training) will enable you to answer client queries and assist in selling our high quality products.
You will need to share similar qualities to our current team members - passionate, energetic, strong initiative, process improvement focused and enjoy having some fun along the way.
As Manager, additional tasks will include report creation, handling escalations and managing team performance. You will work closely with sales, finance, logistics and the owner of the business.
