The Support Officer may, on a day to day basis, support the work of TAFE SA teams and will liaise with a diverse range of key stakeholders. In all cases the Support Officer is expected to work as part of a larger Administrative Services team to ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to internal and external customers at all times.
To be successfully selected you will have relevant experience in providing a high-quality customer centric service in a front-line environment. You will have the ability to communicate. You will have the ability to prioritise and manage fluctuating workloads in a high volume, deadline driven environment.
The successful applicant must have a satisfactory working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. A current DHS child-related employment screening check will be recognised as a WWCC until it expires.
