Some key responsibilities will include:
Respond to any telephone or email inquiries received within our service level and record all inquiries received
Escalate issues, basic support and triage tickets from customers
File and folder management
Client supplier ordering
Weekly reporting to clients and referrers
Follow up clients for setting meetings, demos and requests for information
Set up new projects in Asana
Develop account relationships at all levels across clients
Work closely with operations and BDM

A proven successful track record in system integration, managed services or professional services.
Solid experience in the management of multiple, complex sales engagements
Ability to initiate and develop relationships at all levels with external stakeholders
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills presentation, negotiation
