Client Manager

Here is a great opportunity to join a company that is expanding and evolving in the software/payroll space.  We provide cutting edge solutions in the payroll sector which enables companies to create greater efficiencies with their operations.  This is a part time role 16 hours a week.

Some key responsibilities will include: 

  • Respond to any telephone or email inquiries received within our service level and record all inquiries received
  • Escalate issues, basic support and triage tickets from customers
  • File and folder management
  • Client supplier ordering
  • Weekly reporting to clients and referrers
  • Follow up clients for setting meetings, demos and requests for information
  • Set up new projects in Asana
  • Develop account relationships at all levels across clients
  • Work closely with operations and BDM

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A proven successful track record in system integration, managed services or professional services.
  • Solid experience in the management of multiple, complex sales engagements
  • Ability to initiate and develop relationships at all levels with external stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills presentation, negotiation
