Based in Wetherill Park, Sydney, this role leads and drives all national sales for our retrofits, spare parts and workshop operations and manages a team of four in our service station and spare parts order processing team. This CS Sales and Service Station Manager role is newly created and is critical to supporting a growing pillar of our strategy. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own, be creative in driving sales initiatives, have a direct impact on our Oceania region business success and create operational efficiencies that allow us to ensure quality to our customers. This role sits within the Global pillar of Customer Service (CS) and reports to the Buhler Oceania CS Manager based in Melbourne.
You will be responsible for:
Creation of the retrofit, spare parts and workshop sales initiatives, including delivering targeted campaigns to reach sales budget.
Identify new business, conducting competitor and market analysis and generating and converting sales leads for spare parts, workshop service and retrofits.
Oversight of quotations, service delivery and workshop operations in order to ensure quality and timely delivery to our customers.
Relationship management including visiting customers nationally, and complaint management.
Create process improvement in service delivery to ensure our reputation in delivering reliable and quality service.

A proven history of executing sales strategy with ownership of $6M or more in sales.
Demonstrated ability to grow business, identify and generate new market opportunities and create and drive sales campaigns that deliver results.
Strong ability to build and manage customer relationships and complaints management and resolution.
Ability to lead a team and experience in cross functional collaboration; collaboration with technical teams highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in process improvement that increases operational efficiency and ensures quality and value to customers.
Sound understanding of solution based selling, with technical and system solution knowledge and experience; process engineering knowledge is desirable. Must have sufficient technical knowledge to understand client processes.
