This long-standing family-run business is a well-known agency in the experiential marketing/advertising space. Due to steady growth, they are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their passionate and enthusiastic team. They do experiences and marketing that’s indoor, outdoor, underground, underwater and in the sky. Based in Pyrmont, this is a huge opportunity to progress your career in an environment that champions hard work, proactive learning and creativity. 

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be required to professionally represent the brand while effectively selling a variety of ambient, out-of-home and experiential media solutions to media agencies and direct clients. As an Account Manager you must possess the ability to prospect, schedule and close contracts as well as develop and build long-standing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to the media/advertising/marketing industry, they will be passionate about business development and demonstrate creative strategic ways of developing relationships that benefit the profitability of the agency. 


  • Identify agency & direct contacts relevant to the company offering and arrange appointments to discuss potential opportunities
  • Development of strategic and compelling proposals that showcase the benefit of our assets for clients
  • Forecast and report accurately and efficiently on revenue position

Skills and experience

  • You’re a committed and hungry sales professional who is both proactive and creative in your approach
  • You build meaningful professional relationships quickly, and maintain them
  • You’re a strong communicator and can manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to get the best result
  • You’re competent with building out strategic responses which always take a client-centric approach
  • Previous Account Manager experience
  • Competent in Salesforce and Microsoft Office programs
