Ipswich Riverlink Centre Management

Ipswich Riverlink Shopping Centre is seeking a Casual Customer Service Representative to join the Centre Management team.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • General Office Administration and Duties;
  • Customer Service / Enquiries;
  • Answering the phone;
  • Data Entry;
  • Marketing Activities;
  • General support of Centre Management departments.
  • Attend to Incidents
  • Retailer and Contractor engagement


The candidate must possess the skills below to be successful in this position:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
  • Able to deal with conflict resolution;
  • Have a proactive and positive attitude towards your work;
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word;
  • Maturity;
  • Must be able to work Weekends, alternate Saturday & Sunday fortnights
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Be able to work autonomously;
  • Willing to deal with a variety of people, ages and backgrounds.


Alternate fortnights - Week 1 - 32 hours, Week 2 24 hours.

Hours may differ from time to time, during peak holiday periods and relief work when other staff are on Leave.

Riverlink Centre Management office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a productive and proactive team culture.
