Casual Customer Contact Consultant

Scholastic, an iconic brand in children's publishing, education and media, are seeking enthusiastic Customer Contact Consultants to join our Customer Service team at Lisarow on a casual basis. This role will be driven by business demand, usually around school terms where you will be required to assist our large customer base with their orders and enquiries via telephone and email.

To be successful for this position you will need to be:

  • Flexible and adaptable to work a range of hours between 8am-6pm  each day between Monday-Friday and are comfortable with working various hours each week as needed.
  • You must be experienced in working within a medium-high volume call centre environment with use of a telephone queuing system.
  • You will have excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email, a desire to exceed customer expectations backed by strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to multitask in working from multiple platforms at once.
