Stock Controller - Full Time PM Shift


Clifford Hallam Healthcare (CH2) is one of the largest national distributors of medical and surgical consumables, capital equipment and pharmaceuticals to the Australian medical market.  CH2 prides itself on providing quality distribution services and professional support to its customers while providing outstanding service to our customers.  We are currently seeking an experienced Stock Controller for our PM shift.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous warehouse experience; the desire to work as part of a team in an environment that is fast paced; be able to work under pressure and go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical products would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will play a key part in maximising Customer Service levels by performing a range of stock control duties with the primary function of the position involving the Hands-on management of CH2 inventory, tasks included are Credit Processing, Cycle Counts and Annual Stocktake.

However, there will be other warehouse duties which may include, but are not limited to, administration duties, order picking, and general housekeeping.

In order to succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Prior working experience in a fast-paced Pharmaceutical warehousing environment;
  • An understanding or working knowledge of the Pharmaceutical product market;
  • Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic;
  • The ability to identify and report potential safety hazards and risks;
  • A current forklift ticket;
  • A current order picker licence is desirable;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Be able to work flexible hours (Mon Friday inclusive) 38 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate will be safety conscious, demonstrate initiative, be proactive and productive, and be able to work unsupervised.  Candidates with warehousing experience and a can-do attitude will be viewed favourably.

Prior to commencing work with us, you will be required to pass a comprehensive drug, alcohol and physical assessment.
