Recently we have been experiencing a significant period of growth and securing major contracts throughout the region. As such we are looking for a new Labour and Resources Coordinator to join our team. The position is based locally in Kalgoorlie-Boulder (no FIFO) and is available for immediate start for the right candidate.
This is an extremely challenging and diverse role that requires you to be flexible, able to work under pressure and balance numerous tasks at once. Your strengths and experience will be in the ability to plan, prioritise work and manage both clients and employees. This is a demanding yet rewarding role that is perfect for someone looking for a dynamic work environment.
Primary duties include but are not limited to the following:
Developing thorough understanding of client and site needs and requirements
Coordinating all client enquiries in a professional and polite manner
Providing estimates, compile supporting documentation and assist with close out of all invoicing
End to end coordination of employees and resources according to job requirements
Managing a reasonable volume of incoming phone calls from current employees, clients and other stake holders
Facilitating medical, drug and alcohol testing, training and inductions
Confirming daily Rosters and the scheduling of personnel accordingly
Mobilising employees and contractors whilst ensuring communications are maintained with required internal personnel as and when required
Responding to out-of-office hours client requests and issues as required
Maintaining all relevant records (manning sheets, quote records, WIP, staff training records, pre-requisites etc.)
Key Skills and Experience Required:
Previous project administration experience that demonstrates the ability to plan projects and manage the end to end administration
Experience in rostering & scheduling in a high volume and fast paced environment desirable
Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
High level organisation with excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
Ability to manage stress and pressure well
Excellent computer literacy skills particularly with Microsoft Excel
Be a problem solver with a solutions focused outlook
