Customer Service / E-Commerce / Office Admin All Rounder

Your key responsibilities will include:

E-Commerce Customer Service

  • Providing the highest level of customer service to customers across all channels
  • Reporting to and providing support to the E-Commerce manager  
  • Lead by example by answering/returning calls
  • Follow up customer queries via phone, email and social media
  • Liaising with relevant warehouses in relation to customer orders/returns
  • Handling complaints & escalations
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the RYB Head Office and our 3PL
  • Manage all photographic requirements including flat lays and lifestyle shoots 
  • Manage the Rock Your Baby Social Media channels


Office Admin/General Duties

  • Ordering stationery and maintaining office stock levels
  • Organising and booking any DHL and Australia Post shipments
  • Receiving all office deliveries and alerting the relevant recipient
  • Ad-Hoc duties to support the smooth running of the business


The ideal candidate will have:


  • A love for E-Commerce, customer service and a willingness to learn
  • Extensive Customer Service experience
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent eye for detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Office
  • Proficient user of Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong social media skills
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and can be able to handle large workloads
  • A company first mentality
  • The ability to adapt, respond to change and work autonomously

This is a full-time position 9 am-5 pm based in St Peters, Sydney. Immediate start
