Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate must have: 

  • High attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Strong administration skills 
  • Be highly organised, self motivated and have strong negotiation skills 
  • A sound understanding in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and databases) 
  • Lodgement of new claims 
  • Respond to client queries and provide regular updates to clients and property owners on the status of the repair progress 
  • Schedule Estimator site attendances 
  • Respond to and complete report submissions, authorities, trade allocation and work orders 
  • Provide general administrative support to the team 

It is very important to have ongoing communication with trades to schedule both permanent and/or temporary emergency repairs and meet internal and external compliance requirements and KPI targets.

We are looking for someone with the ability to multi task and taking initiative is crucial in your success to this role and; Previous insurance industry and/or trade related customer service experience is desirable.
