Service Specialist Operations Administrator - North Sydney

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Specialty Services Administration team to support a multi-disciplinary team of rehabilitation consultants who help individuals with their return to work after an injury or trauma.  If you thrive working in a fast-paced cohesive team environment and enjoy a diverse range of work, this position could be just right for you and will be based out of our head office located in North Sydney.

 

This role will see you assist with a range of activities to support and ensure efficient & effective delivery of services to our clients. This will include maintaining the integrity of data on a range of systems, setting up case files, correcting cost estimates & generating customer reports.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with key stakeholders to receive daily customer referrals and allocate this correctly
  • Provide support to consultants such as setup of cases, cost estimations as well as exception reporting
  • Provide administrative support to consultants at all stages of service delivery
  • Liaise with internal & external customers and generate customer reports based on their specific requirements
  • Generate invoices and ensure any corrections and adjustments are made prior to distribution
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate appropriately
  • Prepare operational reports to assist consultants & managers
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the management team & service delivery team within workload requirements and
  • Provide administrative support to our on-base teams who work with one of our key clients, the Australia Defence Force

 

SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE:

 

  • Prior experience in a similar diverse administrative role including some involvement in invoicing
  • Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information and material
  • Effective communication skills including helping with a range of written reports and the ability to build rapport with clients, customers and co-workers
  • Proven experience multitasking and supporting a professional team
  • Excellent organisational skills including time management  
  • Intermediate level of skills using the Microsoft Office suite including Excel
  • Australia working rights
  • A 'can do' attitude!
