This employer is an established provider of Allied Health services with over 10 years of experience and has a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of over 30 Clinicians who are leaders in a variety of rehabilitation, wellness and enablement approaches. The team provides services to individuals living with a disability in the community. The Brisbane team currently services areas between Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Gold Coast.  Services are provided individually, in conjunction with colleagues or in a group context.


Based in Sherwood offices , this full time position is a leadership role and will be responsible for overseeing office-based activities, day-to-day operations, intake and referrals, equipment quotes and orders, diary management, professional correspondence, IT support and general support to the committed Allied Health team. The role will also involve a large NDIS service support component and will entail onboarding new NDIS clients and providing a high level of administrative support to the referrers, participants and clinical team.  The ability to effectively manage high volumes of email traffic and phone calls is an absolute must, as is the ability to coordinate multiple calendars for the team across a range of programs.  Excellent communication and people management skills are essential.


This position would suit someone with strong experience in a fast-paced administrative, medical or allied health practice and / or program coordination role.  Applicants who have previous experience with NDIS funding and have worked within the Allied Health sector will be highly regarded.
