Insurance Administration Position

Westlawn Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Insurance Administration Assistant in our Murwillumbah Branch on the Far North Coast of NSW. Westlawn Insurance Brokers is a well-established brokerage with branches in Grafton, Lismore, Casino, Murwillumbah, Ballina, Yamba, Coffs Harbour, Macksville and Walcha.

To be successful in this role you will ideally:

  • have completed your Higher School Certificate
  • possess excellent computer and keyboard skills, a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and email programs
  • be well presented with sound communication skills combined with an enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • have the ability to work as part of a progressive team
  • have an eye for detail and accuracy
  • experience in the insurance industry would be an advantage

Key responsibilities will include:

  • providing a high level of customer service by way of telephone and face to face customer enquiries
  • processing of insurance documentation
  • processing our customers claims
  • general administration support
  • financial transaction duties
