We are currently seeking a Work Health & Safety Manager to work with SMEC Project Director on an upcoming major/complex rail project. This is an opportunity to help us to deliver a major rail infrastructure project and support SMEC’s growth within NSW.
The role will be based in the Sydney CBD and will appeal to people interested in being part of, and successfully delivering major transport infrastructure projects
Whilst, the term of the role is an initial 2-year permanent fixed term contract, it could extend and/or be made more permanent down the line.
Suitable applicants will be/have:
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a major infrastructure environment
- Qualfication in OHS
- Major project experience in infrastructure, ideally rail
- Responsible for development and implementation of the Health and Safety Management Plan
- Reporting the SMEC Project Director
