Kleemann Elevators Australia is a fast-growing company that supplies, installs and maintains elevators, escalators and moving walks across Australia. Our installations are focused in the low to mid rise sector of the Australian construction market.


What is the Job

We are currently looking for an accounting go getting to join our team in Sydney, and conduct works on a national basis. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller in in the overall function of the Finance Department

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Creating customer invoices,
  • Entering and summarising supplier invoices,
  • Tracking and recording credit card expenses,
  • Managing bank guarantees,
  • Preparing bank reconciliations and other balance sheet,
  • Assisting with company reporting requirements,
  • Creating and monitoring job analysis.


What are the role requirements

To triumph in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years experience
  • Accounting education
  • MYOB experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good PC skills, good with Microsoft Office
  • Ready to learn and take on new challenges  
  • High attention to detail
  • To be a team player
