This newly created full-time role of Customer Engagement Manager is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation making a difference in the fitness industry and the health of all Australians.

Role Overview

Join a great culture as the Customer Engagement Manager in our head office based in Alexandria, New South Wales. The key elements of this role are:

  • Management of the customer service team
  • Development and maintenance of membership lifecycles
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service and membership engagement across the association
  • Individual and team coaching of customer service best practice to team members

About you

You will hold a strong track record in sales, business development, customer service or similar. With experience in managing a team to achieve results. You will also be able to work independently under broad direction while demonstrating initiative and organisational skill.
