ARG has on offer an exciting full time opportunity for an energetic and pro-active Office Manager to coordinate all aspects of client support, client accounts and client contact. You will ideally have significant experience with accounts, office admin/management and dealing with customers/clients. You will be working in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment!
Our customer is a part of the new division that has a clear path of developing and growing in the civil construction industry. This role will see you working closely with the General Manager to effectively complete administration duties and assist with running the company to exceptionally high standards.
Responsible for all office administrative duties and support
Responsible for all AP and AR functions
Completing payroll and maintaining staff files
Manage payroll including commissions, superannuation, PAYG and BAS
Maintaining the accountancy database
Manage new client credit accounts
Collection, posting and distribution of mail
Ordering of stationery and supplies
Working closely with the General Manager to complete tasks
