Receptionist/Administration

Turnbull Toyota is a family owned business that has been operating for over 55 years in Gippsland.

This is a full time position. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

The main responsibility of the Receptionist is to provide first class customer service for anyone visiting our Dealership.  Greeting them in a friendly and professional manner while acting as an ambassador of the Dealership amongst the wider community.

  • Telephone reception
  • Provide administration support
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit
  • Full training will be provided to the successful applicant

Skills and experience

Our Receptionist must be warm, welcoming, happy, enthusiastic and passionate.........representing the "Oh What a Feeling!" quality service that is Turnbull Toyota.

  • Well presented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, professional manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Computer literate together with good written and verbal communication skills

The successful applicant must be a permanent resident and be willing to undertake a National Police Check at your own cost.
