About the role
A sales professional with highly developed business development skills. Developing and maintaining effective relationships with winery decision makers, including winemakers, operations managers, cellar managers & winery financial controllers in South Australia & Western Australia
Developing, implementing and controlling sales activity plans in line with the company objectives
Achieving sales and expense budgets for the region
To demonstrate leadership qualities with the possibility of progress into a leadership position within the business
Education / Experience / Skills
Proven track record in sales and / or territory management
Strong ability to establish trusting and credible relationships
An understanding of, or strong ability to quickly learn, the technical aspects of the key product range
Strong understanding of wine production
Commercial focus, with the ability to demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and planning skills
The drive and tenacity to succeed in a competitive commercial environment
