Web Content Manager - Contract + Remote/WFH

We're working with one of the most admired healthcare companies in Australia, they are looking for a Digital Content producer who will be responsible for content updates on the website, keeping everything up to date and also managing implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and social media.

This position plays an important role in ensuring the organisation and delivery of new and refreshed web content by working closely with the wider marketing team. 

This is a contract role running until the end of July, this is a remote working role where you will be able to work from home and the ideal candidate will be an expert in building/creating, approving and publishing content on Sitecore. Ideally, you will also have basic HTML knowledge and experience with JIRA, DAM, Adobe and Confluence
 
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for local content on the website: ensure the content within the website is up to date. 
  • Working with content owners, collate content assets (including copy, images, videos, documents) in accordance with agreed briefs. 
  • Prepare the assets to the agreed requirements in readiness for content upload, review and approval in the WMCS. 
  • Working within brand guidelines whilst creating content. 
  • Ensure all content is trackable and reported on google analytics. 
  • Monitor the content lifecycle to ensure content is reviewed and updated in line with the timeline. 
  • Identify opportunities for content updates, discussing with content owners and working to keep the international website ‘fresh’ and up to date in a timely manner. 
  • Identify opportunities and drive process improvement or execution to deliver content or other website requirements.  
  • Day to day content updates as requested by countries/regions across all portal, testing and publishing the content. 
  • Responsible for maintaining videos on Global Youtube Channel. 

Key requirements:  
 
Expected: 

  • Expertise in a Web Content Management System (Sitecore) 
  • Experience of updating complex websites in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics 
  • Experience with JIRA, DAM, Adobe or Confluence 
  • Experience of publishing to social-media platforms  

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of Adobe suite of products e.g. Adobe Photoshop  
  • Internal and external stakeholder management 
  • Basic HTML and web editing skills
