We are on the hunt for an experienced Business Development Manager to form a part of our growing company that already deals with some of Australia's biggest retailers and corporate clients.
You will have the opportunity to be part of the growing brand and market leader in drug and alcohol space dealing with some of our key corporate companies. Our product category is within health, well-being & safety.
Your role will have you hunting for new opportunities both in Victoria, interstate, and internationally.
Your past experience should consist of;
Strategic account planning.
Both short & long sales cycles.
An Entrepreneurial mindset.
Job tasks and responsibilities
You main responsibilities will include:
Identify new business opportunities and strategically develop new businesses.
Grow the revenue in corporate sector.
Deliver full solutions for drug and alcohol issues at workplaces to clients.
Provide product training to clients.
Develop and execute sales plan and strategy.
Build rapport with clients such as construction, transport, mining companies.
Participate in sales, marketing or networking events.
Able to lead, self motivated to reach sales target.
Meticulous tracking of sales targets and managing pipelines
Ability to travel to meet customers or suppliers.
Manage key accounts - relationship and sales management.
Apply and submit for tender.
Skills and experience
Experience in CRM tools.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experiences.
Outstanding sales record and high sales activity
Excellent communicator and negotiator.
Driven to achieve and exceed targets and expectation.
Some understanding work safety regulation in workplace preferred.
Must be proactive, driven and energetic.
