About the Position

  • Provide reception duties to enable the efficient delivery of the programs.
  • Maintain good office practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to maintaining a supportive team enviroment.
  • Maintain records of activities.
  • Respond promptly to all enquiries.
  • Respond promptly to visitors in the office.
  • Make appointments for ER, Financial COunselling and Financial Capability Worker.

Successful Candidate

  • Understanding of Central Australian Indigenous Culture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to respond to challenging situations in a flexible manner.
  • Competence in using a computer and in using applications such as Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook.
  • Current drivers licence.
