Connect People have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking for work Full Time work from Monday to Friday based in Heidelberg. The administration position is based within a facilities maintenance contract dealing with high volumes of contractors, trades and other professionals. 

Key Aspects of the Role 

  • Ability to communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to promote company values and objectives
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of administrative and support services by the administrative service staff to ensure the business needs are met
  • Completing end to end processes of work orders
  • Responsible for responding to all incoming HelpDesk phone calls, emails, support incidents and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure clear lines of communication are kept with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing relevant problem solving and appropriate solutions as required
  • Develop, implement, review and update administrative systems, processes and policies to ensure compliance with business needs

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Proficiency using SAP or similar systems
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within industry or a similar role
  • Relevant qualifications in business administration desirable
  • Background in facility maintenance contracts
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ongoing permanent Australian working rights
