Connect People have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking for work Full Time work from Monday to Friday based in Heidelberg. The administration position is based within a facilities maintenance contract dealing with high volumes of contractors, trades and other professionals.
Key Aspects of the Role
Ability to communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to promote company values and objectives
Oversee and coordinate the delivery of administrative and support services by the administrative service staff to ensure the business needs are met
Completing end to end processes of work orders
Responsible for responding to all incoming HelpDesk phone calls, emails, support incidents and requests in a timely manner.
Ensure clear lines of communication are kept with all internal and external stakeholders
Providing relevant problem solving and appropriate solutions as required
Develop, implement, review and update administrative systems, processes and policies to ensure compliance with business needs
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency using SAP or similar systems
Minimum of 3 years experience within industry or a similar role
Relevant qualifications in business administration desirable
Background in facility maintenance contracts
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
Ongoing permanent Australian working rights
