Contract Coordinator

RAM Services is currently seeking a Contract Coordinator to support our facilities maintenance contract onsite with one of our major contracts.

Site maintenance services include: planned, preventative & breakdown maintenance; shutdowns and project works.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will take the leading role in the ongoing success of this project.

Salary package $130k $140k

Your main responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

  • Manage compliance with site safety and environmental requirements,
  • High level supervision of all site based employees and subcontractor personnel
  • Focal point and lead for all work under contract
  • Lead and participate in QHSE activities, toolbox talks, risk assessments and audits
  • Review scopes of work with support staff to generate quotations, and Purchase orders.
  • Primary Liaison with Client Representative.
  • Ensure all work is carried out and entered iaw with the requirements of SAP
  • Ensure all relevant data is captured accurately in the system such that costs are attributed correctly
  • Review estimated work duration to ensure compliance with client planning requirements,
  • Ensures purchase orders values match scope of work,
  • Identifies resources needed to ensure contract objectives and targets are met.
  • Ensures all personnel to site are appropriately inducted, qualified and competent for the work scope and provide in-date documentation,
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforces project standards,
  • Approve JHA's, permits and other site documentation.
  • Ensures work is completed on time, on budget and to all relevant and applicable policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Compile and issue detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Provide recommendations to improve RAM Services visibility and status onsite;  and
  • Compiling quotes to the limit of the DOA (Delegation Of Authority) and compiling quotes for approval above the limit of the DOA
  • Allocating and delegating the work schedules to the team
  • Delivery of performance KPIs for the contract
  • Conduct appraisals of site personnel and report on the abilities

Suitable experience within the Oil & Gas or Mining sectors will be an advantage.

Proven leadership experience is crucial.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a full fit for work medical assessment
