Sydney Metro is a key part of Australias biggest public transport infrastructure program a total $51.2 billion investment into creating a world-class, interconnected and technology-enabled Future Transport system for the people of NSW.

Right now, we have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager Precinct Development to join us in the Place-making and Property segment within Operations, Customer and Place-making.
What you will be involved in
As Senior Project Manager, you will ensure effective and coordinated delivery of Sydney Metros precinct development and land divestment activities under the Sydney Metro North West Places (SMNWP) program being implemented by Landcom and Sydney Metro.
You will be responsible for ensuring the management of effective processes, project controls and reporting (including financial, budgetary, accounting, land management, property, risk and information management) to ensure the successful delivery of SMNWP Program.
The role reports to and supports:
the Associate Director, Precinct Development (Sydney Metro) - focusing on maintaining an effective and collaborative partnership with Landcom, and
the Director, Finance (Sydney Metro) - providing expert advice and concerning the financial, budgetary, and accounting standard impacts of the SMNWP Program.
You are a proven project professional looking for a career-defining opportunity to build a legacy for generations to come.
Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, business, project management or a relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
You are experienced operating with a high level of autonomy and have in-depth understanding of the processes and practices associated with property development and disposal.
Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels both internal and external to develop joint solutions.
You will have exceptional time management skills, able to juggle several priorities at once.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
