Based in Sydney, reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, you will take full responsibility for driving the inventory planning and operational planning for the business (local, regional and global S&OP requirements), manage inbound shipping tracking, work with forwarders and warehouse to prioritise. The role includes traded goods purchasing activities from Intercompany and Third Parties (local) and various related Supply Chain activities goals such as FG inventory targets and airfreight. The role with lead all supply chain activities for product including for promotional activities, complete SAP material Master data, Forecast Accuracy, Supplier, Inventory & Service level performance etc.
The ideal executive will have 10+ years experience in multiple Supply and Demand roles with built in experiences to achieve autonomous responsibility and decision making. You will have experience working in international supply chain management ideally within the B2B Electrical, Engineering or Industrial sectors. You will demonstrate high level inventory management, planning & operational skills with a focus on meeting customer satisfaction & set KPIs, have a high attention to detail, be numerate and analytical, possess complex problem solving capability, excellent prioritisation skills and excellent interpersonal skills (balancing various teams and stakeholder skills is a must!), high level ERP & IT skills as it relates to supply chain management including experience with SAP as well as Advanced Excel (large SKU count, large number of articles to manage), and the ability to work autonomously across a fast-paced growing Company. Tertiary Business Qualifications with a Supply Chain Management focus well regarded but not essential.
