About us

We're a highly reputable and professional engineering services company with over 70 years in the industry. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, passionate and experienced Administration and Accounts Office Manager to join our team.

About the position

The purpose of the role is to perform the day to day accounts and administration functions of the business including data entry, general bookkeeping including payable/receivable, cash flow, payroll, PA to Directors and General Manager and any other duties as required.

Desirable Skills

  • Intermediate/Advanced Xero Accounting System skills (min 2 years experience)(or similar accounting package)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills 
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Drive, passion and attention to detail
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Class C Drivers Licence
  • Work unsupervised
