Corporate Services Officer - Administration and Customer Experience
A rare opportunity exists to join the George Town Council in an ongoing position with the Corporate Services team.

About the Role and You
The purpose of the position is to be the front face of Council, delivering a great customer experience for our ratepayers, residents, customers, and clients, as well as provide general administration support.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience working with customers or clients and resolving their concerns.
Ability to work independently and make considered decisions within given responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience planning, organising, setting priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Demonstrated skills in the use of a range of computer applications including word, excel, publisher and outlook.
Demonstrated experience working with minimal supervision to achieve tasks
Demonstrated understanding of Equal Opportunity, Work Health and Safety, Risk Management and Anti-Discrimination Procedures.
Excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
A demonstrated commitment to excellence in service provision.
