About the Role
You will prepare cars and components for the Paint Shop, including blocking and sanding. Once complete, you will ensure the paint work on the components/vehicles is of a very high standard, including de-nibbing and polishing.
Trade qualifications are essential
A minimum of 1 years qualified experience is required
You are a mature minded and professional individual who is punctual, reliable and accountable
Experience working with water-based paints is advantageous
You will take pride in the work you produce, show initiative, be self-motivated and have good communication skills
You are a team player and know how to work with the wider assembly, spray painting, detailing and management teams to prioritise and deliver work, while also being able to work autonomously
