As our Digital Account Manager you will work across multiple clients providing day-to-day account management support, with a focus on digital content outputs. This includes, but is not limited to; website assets, digital content outputs, and integration with social and PR led activities.
You will work closely with the Group Business Director, Senior Social Strategist and Content team to create and implement ongoing and project-based digital campaigns.
You will be the central point of contact between the client and an extended team of web development specialists as required. Whilst not implementing the development yourself, you will interpret and manage the client briefs, ensuring the delivery of digital requirements meet their needs.
You will help shape digital strategies for all clients, act as client counsel – including interrogating content output and creative requests - and independently manage the end-to-end implementation of activity across the day-to-day running of both digitally-led and more traditional PR accounts.
You should have your finger on the pulse of the rapidly evolving digital environment and should be well versed in digital trends and best practice for driving client branding and commercial outcomes.

This specialist role is expected to make a real contribution to new business including brainstorming, support in the development of proposals, identifying organic growth opportunities and seeking out new business prospects.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience in digital account management within an Advertising or PR Agency environment, including digital content project management, client management, WIP management, digital campaign reporting.
Understanding of channel planning for digital and mobile.
Ability to turn client briefs into action plans for internal resource including Creative, Content and Development teams
Manage digital data analytics using various tools such as Google Data studio.
Experience managing and implementing PPC media buys, coding responsive EDMs, visualising a digital customer journey.
Sound planning, organisational and decision-making skills
Capable of managing multiple projects with changing priorities and ability to project and manage timelines.
Capability to build strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Minimum 3 years experience in an agency environment is required
