Office All Rounder Bookkeeper

Advanced Steel Design is a fast paced growing Steel Fabrication company currently located in Silverdale.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Part Time Office All Rounder with book keeping & accounts experience to work in our Silverdale Office.

Preferably to have at least two years experience in the structural steel industry or similar field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Entry with experience in Microsoft Office & MYOB programs
  • Front of office taking phone calls & doing printing/scanning duties
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Payroll
  • Budgets & forecasts
  • Supporting Project Coordinator, Workshop Manager, Project manger & General Manager with their duties
  • Preparation of Project Quality Assurance & Compliance Documents 

THE CANDIDATE

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office & MYOB programs
  • Self-starter who manages their time effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication
  • Maintain the current standard of work and strive for continuous improvement of our services
  • Can work in a team environment
  • Able to commence employment immediately
