About the role
Level 4 - $68,152 to $71,893 per annum (+ 17% Super & leave Loading)
Level 5 - $74,338 to $84,116 per annum (+ 17% Super & leave Loading)
The Student Administrative Services (SAS) is the lead for admission, enrolment, course scheduling, timetabling, examination administration, and conferring ceremonies at UNSW Canberra. These core activities are critical to university operation and the success of students at UNSW Canberra.
UNSW Canberra has an opportunity for a Client Services Officer within SAS. You will deliver high quality front-line student support services across a wide variety of administrative and student life enquiries via multiple enquiry channels. Our student cohorts include Defence sponsored and civilian students studying undergraduate and postgraduate programs across different disciplines. You will also contribute to the establishment, maintenance and improvement of systems and process used by the client services team.
About the successful applicant
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Completion of a diploma or degree with relevant work experience
Excellent administration skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) and interact successfully and respectfully with people from differing backgrounds both on technical and non-technical levels
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining working relationships with colleagues plus internal & external stakeholders
Ability to learn and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and procedures
