Role outline:

The role is primarily to be based out of the head office. This would suit someone who is service based and can manage multiple tasks really well. If you are an admin superstar who enjoys being at the forefront then we are on the lookout for you.

You will be a mature superstar who can juggle multiple tasks at one time without losing details. You would be the glue keeping our teams organised.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls on behalf of Reliance, Acreage and Funding Force.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Maintaining overall office presentation
  • Maintaining stationary and other office supplies
  • Assisting the Business support team, acreage and funding force team in administrative tasks.
  • Conducting Research and preparing Property reports for the Acreage and Urban Land team.
  • Providing reception relief to other branch offices as and when required
  • Organising and assisting in internal and external office events, such as training seminars and/or celebratory events.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Assisting the marketing team in reviewing templates and other basic tasks.
  • Updating and maintaining database
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven ability to multi task.
  • Experience in servicing  clients.
  • Must have their own driving vehicle and a valid drivers license.
  • Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.
