Manufacturing Sales 

Our client is one of Australia’s largest complementary healthcare manufacturers spanning oils, powdered milk and vitamins. They are industry leaders in the innovation and production of healthcare products and are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

The Role and responsibilities;

  • Selling to brands in product portfolio
  • Secondary sales position
  • Business/Customer development domestically and internationally
  • Increase monthly sale revenues
  • Market research and new product development
  • Account managing/manufacturing process
  • Develop strong market knowledge of competitors
  • Promotion of slow moving products
  • Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically sales forecasts for each product
  • Effective communication and collaboration working with the marketing department
  • Budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports

Essential Criteria
  

  • Previous experience in selling to brands
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English
  • Proficient in customer service (SAP desirable)
  • Sound experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or food sales an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly adept at multi tasking
