Administration Manager

This newly created position provides the opportunity for an experienced and talented corporate administration professional to add value to a growing business.

Reporting to a partnership board, the successful candidate will assist in achieving growth and financial objectives through proactive management of processes and identifying and solving problems.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • a tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce or similar
  • extensive experience managing financial systems and processes
  • an understanding of HR principles and the industrial relations landscape
  • the ability to delegate work and manage workflow whilst maintaining high standards
  • experience in reviewing and implementing administration process improvements
  • experience monitoring workload allocations and performance
  • proven skills in identifying business improvement opportunities
  • successful experience contributing as a leader

Exceptional collaborative skills are required for the role and the ability to work closely with a partnership/board is paramount.
