This role sits in the corporate head office, based in St Leonard's and is both highly visible and crucial to the ongoing success of the COO and their team.
The company operates across Australia and New Zealand and will see you developing positive working relationships both internally and with company clients.
The COO has an open and honest approach and has high, but realistic expectations of his EA and sees you as a genuine business partner.
You will have full responsibility for diary and meeting management as well as travel planning and ensuring both he and those he is meeting with are well prepared. There is also an internal/external event organisation and reporting function within this position.
The position will also see you liaising closely with teams across the business specifically the sales team in relation to gathering reports and other related information.
Ideally you are a career EA who is organised with an exceptional attention to detail who will actively look for ways to improve processes or relationships and is an open communicator.
The salary on offer is $100-110k package plus some flexibility in working arrangement and an encouragement for continual learning and development.
