The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in administration, reception or financial services. 
  • Attention to detail with ability to prioritise whilst managing multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and a can do attitude
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team.

This role will suit someone who works well in a dynamic team environment, is a self-starter and is highly client service focused. Suitable people will have:

Ability to meet deadlines within a supportive and team focussed environment

Excellent communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.

Accurately and promptly responding to enquiries (face-to-face, phone and online).

Providing a professional level of customer service to all customers (internal and external) efficiently and courteously.
